Plymouth, MN – December 10, 2010 – Miga Solutions today announced that the Miga Solutions Foundation has been granted 501(c)(3) status, furthering Miga’s activities and support for medical missions and improving healthcare around the world. Since its founding in 2004, Miga Solutions has participated in countless donation projects including most recently donating equipment and supplies for earthquake relief in Haiti and working with the Johan Santana Foundation to help provide critical medical equipment and infrastructure in the star baseball player’s hometown of Tovar, Venezuela.
The establishment of the Miga Solutions Foundation will provide more opportunity to support similar initiatives throughout the world. The Board of the Foundation looks forward to recruiting staff and an expanded base of volunteers to help advance the Foundation’s mission.
