Chuck brings a broad and experienced perspective to Miga gained from a range of successful senior executive positions with some of the world’s leading companies including IBM, American Express and Ogilvy & Mather.
He is a recognized expert in the practice of customer profitability management with a track record of delivering proven results helping companies more effectively acquire, retain and maximize the lifetime value of their customers. His experience spans a diversity of companies ranging from global Fortune 500s to early stage technology businesses with specialized expertise supporting global sales and marketing-driven companies in the medical, technology and financial services industries.
As a client-side marketer, Chuck developed and directed the launch of Prodigy for IBM, the world’s first customer-directed online service. He also spearheaded customer profitability solutions for several major retail chains, and has a proven track record of revitalizing growth and restoring profitability for a number of companies.
As an agency executive, Chuck has held key leadership positions with top ranked agencies including Ogilvy & Mather, Hill|Holliday (an IPG company), Cliff Freeman & Partners and Colle+McVoy (an MDC company). In these roles he influenced marketing and business development activities for some of the world’s top brands including Medtronic, Pfizer, Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, American Express and Price Waterhouse among others.
Chuck graduated from Arizona State University and currently divides his time between the Midwest and West Coast. He has called Tokyo, Sydney, London, Paris Hong Kong and Geneva home. In his free time, he can be found showing his award-winning Gordon Setter, on the tennis court, or racing sailboats large and small on racecourses around the globe.
