Don’t Be Afraid to Put Your Suppliers to Work

It is no secret that planning and buying medical and IT equipment can be challenging for hospitals. Making sure you get the right hardware configuration, software licenses, accessories, training, implementation services and more can be stressful, and time consuming. And then you need to figure out if you are paying the right price. More information can always help you make the best decision (and get the most savings), but where do you find it?

Ask your supplier representative. They have the most knowledge and experience with their products and you may be surprised at how willing they are to help track down what you need – if you just ask. 

When you need more information about equipment you are buying – don’t hesitate to put your suppliers to work. Typically they are much more willing to help than hospitals realize, and it is in their best interest to get you the information you need to complete a purchase. After all – they only win if you end up buying.

Know the right price.

And get it.
