Position OverviewThe Account Executive (AE) is a member of Miga’s Client Experience Team, and is responsible for developing and supporting relationships with hospital clients and will work closely with a Senior Account Manager.
We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic, positive attitude and passion for creating value for clients. The primary measures of performance for this position are client satisfaction and revenue generation.
This position is based in our Plymouth, MN office. A majority of client interactions are conducted by email and phone with potential limited local and overnight travel.
Account Support & Development – Manage and complete day to day client support activities as assigned. This includes responding to client requests, preparing quotes, updating monthly reports, fulfilling information or service requests from Miga’s EVMS platform. Estimated 40% of time.
Sales and Sales Support – Develop industry and Miga product knowledge and sales skills to support the sale of Miga products and services. Respond to sales inquiries from equipment buyers and existing hospital clients. Support new business development including but not limited to lead generation, sales presentation and proposal development. Estimated 30% of time.
Data Analysis – Master and provide support for Miga’s core EVMS data platform including product and pricing research, data input and analysis, report generation and more. Estimated 20% of time.
General – All other tasks as may be assigned to support the business. Estimated 10% of time.
Make a difference! This position may also provide limited support for our non-profit activities through our sister non-profit organization that donates medical equipment to charitable organizations around the globe.
- An undergraduate degree and strong academic record
- 2 years of experience in a professional or client services setting, ideally in the healthcare industry
- Excellent verbal and written communications; comfortable speaking on the phone
- Smart, resourceful, with effective problem-solving skills
- Effective time management; able to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
