President

Alan leads the development of Miga's valuation and analytics business and is actively involved in Miga’s new business development efforts with hospitals. Jackie Fallon

Vice President of Finance & Administration

Jackie is responsible for managing all of Miga's financial and reporting activity as well as the human resources function. Prior to joining Miga, Jackie was Controller for several related entrepreneurial companies involved primarily in developing and owning commercial real estate properties as well as managing a real estate development investment fund. John Burchard – Former Chief Information Officer, Peapod

John is a technology and ecommerce veteran, he spent 17 years with Peapod, a leading international retail company, as Chief Information Officer. At Peapod, John was responsible for all technology initiatives, including the development and implementation of a highly successful online order system that today processes more than 4 million orders annually. He was previously an executive at AOL, where he helped launch AOL’s first business services division. He also worked at IDX, a medical software company that was sold to GE. John graduated from Middlebury College and the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Archelle Georgiou M.D. – President, Georgiou Consulting

Archelle is currently President of Georgiou Consulting, a strategic healthcare consultancy and is also Senior Advisor and Chair of the Health Executive Roundtable at TripleTree, an investment banking firm focused on innovative, high-growth companies in healthcare. She served as the Chief Medical Officer at UnitedHealth Group and as Executive Vice President of Strategic Relations at Optum. She has advised and served on the boards of several organizations including PRGX, the Society for Women's Health Research, EmpowHER and Mental Workout. Archelle graduated from Johns Hopkins University and received her MD from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. She was board-certified in Internal Medicine and practiced in California.

GUY JACKSON – SENIOR PARTNER, ERNST AND YOUNG (RETIRED)

Guy is a former partner with Ernst & Young and retired after 35 years of delivering audit and accounting services to leading public companies. He has extensive healthcare and medical device industry experience and currently serves as a director for a number of publicly traded medical device and healthcare related businesses. Guy graduated from Penn State and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.

GREG MADDREY – PRINCIPAL, THE CHARTIS GROUP

Greg is a principal with Chartis Group, a healthcare strategy consulting firm. Previously Greg was President and CEO of Aveta Health Illinois, a Medicare Advantage health plan for seniors with chronic special needs. He has held executive positions with a number of health insurance companies including United Health Group. He also worked in healthcare consulting helping US hospitals with the strategic assessment of supply chain issues. Greg graduated from Tulane University, received an MBA from Georgetown University and recently completed a Masters in Public Health from Columbia University.

DR. CHIP TRUWIT – CHIEF OF RADIOLOGY, HENNEPIN COUNTY MEDICAL CENTER

Chip is a world renowned neuroradiologist and business minded physician who currently serves as the Chief Innovation Officer and Chief of Radiology at Hennepin County Medical Center, a 454 bed Level I Trauma Center and teaching hospital in Minneapolis. He is a Professor of Neuroradiology at the University of Minnesota and holds a number of patents in the medical device industry, having successfully founded an innovative medical device company that was acquired by Medtronic. Chip graduated from Georgetown University and received his MD from Georgetown Medical School.

PETER WALSH – PARTNER, HOGAN & LOVELLs

Peter is a partner at Hogan Lovells, LLP, a top-ten global law firm, where he specializes in internal and government investigations, class actions, healthcare and other complex litigation. Previously, Peter spent 8 years as a senior executive and Deputy General Counsel at United Health Group, a Fortune 14 international healthcare company, where he was head of litigation. Before United Health, Peter prosecuted corporate fraud and white collar crimes for the US Department of Justice, and he began his career practicing securities litigation for a leading national firm. Peter has advised and worked closely with a number of public and private firms on a range of strategic matters and brings valuable experience, expertise and contacts to Miga. Peter graduated from Middlebury College and Harvard Law School.

Miga also benefits from a well-developed network of other advisors and friends of the company that are a valuable source of experience and expertise.
