PHASE III: Ongoing Program Management, Analysis and Reporting
This phase includes all routine activities and services to be provided by Miga on a monthly basis that are needed to support the hospital in day-to-day program management, analysis and reporting of program activities and results. The scope of services included will be tailored to the hospital’s needs and can evolve as the hospital’s needs evolve. This phase includes: (a) Day-to-Day Account Support that will provide all necessary services to the hospital staff; (b) Use of Miga’s Software and Data Tools to effectively support the program; and (c) Tracking & Reporting for all activities related to the Equipment Value Management™ Program.
